How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Anyone who contacts Myintuto Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen for you, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can contact us about:
- How Myintuto Garage Doors handled your call or message
- How your personal information was treated
- Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices and is responsible for its own workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly and keep written notes.
Please tell us too. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short may be removed. Myintuto Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@myintuto.space and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if you know it
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What happened and what result you would like
Our Next Steps
We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. After that we will look into it. That may include contacting the provider. We will then reply with what we found and any action we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
Reply and ask for another review of our answer. You may also contact your state's consumer protection agency or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
